On 8th March 2011, 23 patients of SIRC received wheelchair (4 wheeler). These wheelchairs were donated by National disabled rehabilitation Society (NDRS) Anamnagar Kathmandu. The distribution programme was held on the premises of SIRC.  The chairperson Mr. Rakesh Hamal formally expressed his pleasure to find an opportunity to help the spinally injured people of SIRC by providing wheelchairs.
