SIRC annually organizes a Charity Golf Tournament at the Gokarna Forest Golf Resort in the Kathmandu Valley to generate support for SIRC. The par 72 course has 18 challenging holes spread across 6715 yards. The game of golf requires strong backs and spines and thus SIRC thought it appropriate to reach out to golfers for the support of the spinally injured.

The winners of the tournaments are rewarded with various prizes provided by our generous sponsors.

Mr. Surhid Ghimire won the “Most Birdies” award with a total of three birdies. As with all previous tournaments, the funds raised through this event went into SIRC’s charity fund, allowing indigent patients to receive necessary rehabilitation care.
