After successful completion of training, trainees will go back to their own community and start their self-employment. Some trainees start employment with the help of VOICE in urban and semi-urban areas.  The VOICE team is continually helping trainees to seek employment. The Field Officer has been doing home visits, work placements for trainees and providing necessary help and support.
