“Telerehabilitation to improve the quality of life of Individuals with long term disabilities related to stroke, brain injury and spinal injury in Nepal” research project has been started at SIRC from December 2019. The research is being conducted in collaboration with University of Leeds, UK. The aim of this research project is to develop the role of telerehabilitation in improving the lives of people with stroke, brain injury and SCI discharged to community settings in rural Nepal. After completion of this research SIRC will continue telerehabilitation services as a part of care or services. In the coming future Telerehabilitation aims to use SIRC as a nodal center and other satellite center in each province.
