Under the supervision of a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician, this team assesses and manages medical problems. The team also leads and formulates the overall medical and rehabilitation treatment plan for the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT). The medical team includes PM&R consultant, urologist, and spine consultant (On call) and three medical officers. PM&R physicians also coordinate regular goal setting and case presentation to patients and family in coordination with MDT through Interdisciplinary approach.
