This department uses evidence-based holistic practices to promote patients’ independence and functional ability to fulfill their daily routines. It provides services from training for Activities of Daily Livings (ADL) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living to home and environment modification. It also coordinates home visit programs to ensure our patients are living as comfortably and independently.
