At the Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Centre (SIRC), research is a vital part of our mission to enhance the quality of care for individuals with spinal cord injuries (SCI) and neurological conditions. Our research efforts focus on evidence-based rehabilitation practices, assistive technologies, long-term outcomes, and community reintegration strategies. By collaborating with national and international institutions, we aim to generate data-driven insights that improve clinical protocols, influence policy, and ultimately empower individuals with SCI to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
